This research aimed to understand how users discover, evaluate, and manage AI tools, explore the emotional friction behind those behaviours, and validate the relevance of invented features.
Methodology
This study used a short-form online survey distributed via Reddit and personal networks to gather insights from 107 participants across diverse industries and student groups. The mixed-source approach ensured a balance of behavioural trends and domain-specific perspectives.
